  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services (VirtuCrest)
  • AI-powered voice and workflow automation (Edge Assist)
  • Data, analytics, and technology solutions (Next Edge Data)

Our services are designed to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance financial performance.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Reverse engineer or copy proprietary technology
  • Use services in violation of healthcare or privacy laws

5. HIPAA & Healthcare Compliance

For healthcare-related services:

  • You acknowledge that services may involve Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • A separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governs PHI usage
  • You remain responsible for compliance as a Covered Entity

6. Payments & Fees

  • Fees are defined in your service agreement or contract
  • Payments must be made according to agreed terms
  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination

7. Data Ownership & Usage

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We process data only to deliver agreed services
  • We do not sell or misuse your data

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Practice Management Systems (PMS)
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Payment processors and communication tools

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party systems.


9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily impact access.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business interruptions
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party systems or external factors

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VirtuCrest, Next Edge Data, and Edge Assist from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-compliance with applicable laws

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment
  • Upon termination of service agreements

Upon termination, access to systems may be revoked, and data handling will follow contractual and legal obligations.
